The Application of Continuous Improvement: An AMBA Virtual Forum

10/21/2020 by liz

AMBA’s virtual Application of Continuous Improvement provides a unique opportunity for business leaders to address and focus on the ‘Where, What and How’ of continuous improvement within their own facilities. The event takes place on November 4, 2020 10:00 AM–November 5, 2020 3:00 PM EST.

While economic uncertainty introduces stress and forces change, it also presents a unique opportunity for business leaders to renew their focus on the application and evaluation of continuous improvement in their facilities. Through incremental process improvement and reduction of waste, manufacturers are able to increase both their output and efficiencies, while decreasing their footprint in an ever-increasingly competitive global market.

During the AMBA’s upcoming virtual forum, attendees will experience:

  • Expert keynote presentations
  • AMBA member and partner case studies
  • Real-world examples of continuous improvement and the ROI achieved
  • Peer-to-peer interactions and discussion
  • Best-in-class panel discussion

Presentation Topics:

Employee Trust and Buy-In • On-Time Delivery • New Sales Generation • Waste Reduction • Labor Efficiency • Smartsheet Utilization • Live Data Collaboration • Workforce Empowerment • Plan, Do, Check, Act Methodology • and more

Attendees will:

  • hear from industry experts on developing and fostering a culture that will achieve success
  • discover how mold building peers have increased operational output and efficiencies
  • participate in best-practice exchange addressing challenges and solutions
  • identify initial steps for a continuous improvement project within their own facility

Each day, the members-only event will run from 10AM – 3PM EST. Members: $99.

Continuous improvement is impossible without buy-in from employees, partners and management. Don’t miss the opportunity to participate in peer-to-peer roundtable discussion, peer office hours and more during this event.

The event website is now live and contains the Forum’s full agenda, speaker list and more.
