AMBA Calls on Mold Builders to Participate in 2025 Wage and Salary Survey

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — The American Mold Builders Association (AMBA) has announced that its annual Wage and Salary Survey is now open for participation. This survey remains the only compensation study specific to the U.S. mold building industry, offering manufacturers an exclusive opportunity to benchmark wages and benefits across the sector.

Results from this survey empower mold building executives to evaluate compensation trends (including cost-of-living adjustments, incentives designed to attract qualified labor and strategies to mitigate inflation impacts), as well as strengthen benefit offerings and make informed workforce decisions in an increasingly competitive labor market. AMBA members who complete the survey will receive the final report at no cost, while participating non-members may purchase it at a reduced rate. Responses are due by October 24, 2025. Regional data will only be published where response volume is statistically significant, making every submission essential.

Alongside this effort, AMBA has released an employee engagement whitepaper developed by its Emerging Leaders Network. This whitepaper, available at no cost to AMBA members, highlights how new generations of leadership are being drawn to the mold manufacturing industry. The whitepaper shares feedback from 70 member companies across 14 states, exploring challenges of recruitment and retention, as well as how emerging leaders are shaping the future workforce.

Together, the Wage and Salary Survey and employee engagement whitepaper equip mold building executives with vital resources to understand workforce trends, retain skilled employees and attract new talent into the industry.
