CoreTech System Co., Ltd. (Moldex3D), Chupei City, Taiwan, a provider of engineering simulation solutions for the plastics industry, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with International Islamic University Malaysia on Oct. 1, 2021. The purpose of the Memorandum of Understanding was to strengthen mutual collaboration on future industrial professional cultivation as well as familiarizing students with simulation tools for plastic injection molding. According to the Memorandum of Understanding, Moldex3D is to provide educational licenses along with training to International Islamic University Malaysia, hoping to expose its students to advanced simulation solutions for next-generation injection molding.

Rector of the university, Professor Emeritus Tan Sri Dato Dzulkifli Abdul Razak, said he hoped the cooperation will bring closer relationship between the school and Moldex3D. The online signing ceremony began with a talk by Mr. Rong Yeu-Chang, CEO at Moldex3D, where he expressed his gratitude to the university for inviting him especially during the pandemic. “As a worldwide leader in molding simulation software, we take talent cultivation as our utmost responsibility,” said Chang. “We believe that with all parties participating and contributing, we will achieve what we set out to do through this partnership.”
