AMBA Conference 2019 Scheduled for May 8-10

The AMBA Conference 2019, a no-nonsense, two-day event, will be held at The Westin Chicago Northwest in Itasca, Illinois. This year’s theme – Strategies.Executed. – is designed to inspire mold manufacturing professionals to work alongside their teams to learn and share industry knowledge and best practices.

Speakers include Troy Nix, executive director of the AMBA; Chris McChesney, co-author of “The 4 Disciplines of Execution,” a best-selling book on strategy execution; Laurie Harbour, president and CEO of manufacturing consulting firm Harbour Results Inc.; Kirk Weisler, president of Team Dynamics and author of “The Dog Poop Initiative,” a book used by Boeing Aircraft in its Six Sigma Lean program; and General (ret.) Stanley A. McChrystal, McChrystal Group, former commander of US and International Security Assistance Forces Afghanistan and former commander of the Joint Special Operations Command.
