OESA 2020 Harbour Results, Inc. Automotive Tooling Update

Event Overview

The Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA) and Harbour Results, Inc. (HRI) will host the 2020 Automotive Tooling Update virtually on Oct. 14, 2020. This year has been unprecedented for the global marketplace and the industry will be feeling the impact through 2021 and, potentially, beyond.

This year’s event is shortened to focus on the automotive tooling market intelligence and insights critical for the health of individual shops and the North American manufacturing industry today and in the future.

With the presidential election on the horizon, Omar Nashashibi, founding partner of The Franklin Partnership will review how the presidential race outcome will impact the economy, manufacturing, tariffs and trade.

In addition, Cara Walton, engagement manager, Harbour Results, Inc. (HRI), will provide an economic forecast that looks at the affect the COVID-19 pandemic has had on the marketplace as well as what to expect in the future.

Finally, Laurie Harbour, president and CEO, HRI, will provide an automotive industry forecast and how it will impact the entire supply chain, including tool and die makers. This will include a tooling forecast for the next several years as well as best practices shops should be utilizing to recover from the COVID crisis.

Executives from tool shops who have or are interested in automotive business including Tier 1 suppliers, OEM purchasing, and sales, marketing and engineering professionals in the automotive mold and die industry should plan to attend. The information shared during this virtual event will help companies across the entire automotive supply chain as they plan for the future.
