New Stainless Steel Ejector Pin product line from Progressive offers high-performance, tight-tolerance, precision ejector pin options that are especially suited for medical and cleanroom environments, and applications involving PVC and other corrosive materials.

Features include: 

·         Manufactured from 440C Stainless Steel and heat-treated to 55-60 HRC to provide an optimal balance of high hardness and wear/corrosion resistance.

·         Available in a standard straight style with diameters ranging from 1/8″ to 3/4″ and lengths from 3″ to 18″.

·         Progressive’s line offers an industry-exclusive shoulder style in diameters from 1/32″ to 7/64″, with options for 1/2″, 2″, or 3″ shoulders and lengths of 6″ or 10″.

·         Alternative configurations are also available: keyed, cut-to-length, Black Nitride, custom made-to-order.
